• By installing and using the R2Decide Shopify app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• If you are using the services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

• R2Decide provides an AI-powered sales agent integrated into your Shopify store's search functionality.
• Our services include personalized search suggestions, sales guidance, and analytics to enhance your store's performance.

a. Merchant Information

• Name
• Email Address (to connect with you)

b. Shopify Information

• MyShopify Domain
• Currency of your Shop
• Product Information in the shop (to build our search for you)

c. Customer Interaction Data

• Search Queries (to improve recommendations and analytics)
• Click & Scroll Actions & User Checkout Information (to report activities back to you in an aggregated way)
• A generic non-identifiable customer ID as given by Shopify (to enhance AI-powered suggestions)

• Enhance Your Store's Search Experience - Providing AI-powered, personalized search suggestions and sales guidance.
• Improve Our AI Model - Refining recommendations based on aggregated user interactions.
• Provide Analytics - Offering merchants insights into customer behavior and product interest.

• Search and cart data are stored for a maximum of one (1) year to enhance our AI and provide analytics.
• Merchant data (name & email) is stored for the duration of the subscription.
• Upon request, paying customers may request full deletion of their stored data if they decide to discontinue the service.

• We take reasonable precautions to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
• We follow Shopify's security requirements and best practices.

• We do not sell or share any personal data with third parties.
• Data is only used internally for improving R2Decide and optimizing your Shopify store's search experience.

• Merchants are responsible for maintaining the security of their Shopify accounts.
• Merchants must ensure that their customers' data is collected and processed in compliance with applicable laws and Shopify's policies.

• Our pricing model is simple and transparent: $29 per month.
• Flat Fee - One tier, predictable cost, no hidden fees.
• No Commitment - Cancel anytime without long-term contracts.
• Special Pricing for Design Partners - This pricing applies exclusively to Design Partners who enroll before February 15, 2025.
• Monthly Feedback Sessions - Design Partners agree to participate in a one-hour feedback session per month to discuss quality and analytics.
• Flexible Participation - We reserve the right to discontinue the design partnership at any time.
• Service Evolution - The product is in active development and may evolve over time.
• Final Enrollment Date - No new Design Partners will be accepted after February 15, 2025.
• Pricing for the R2Decide app is listed on our website and is subject to change.
• Subscription fees are billed based on the selected plan and payment schedule.
• Merchants must ensure timely payment to maintain uninterrupted access to the service.

• Merchants may not misuse the app, including attempting to reverse-engineer, resell, or use it for unauthorized purposes.
• Users must comply with Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.

• R2Decide, Inc. retains ownership of all intellectual property, including trademarks, software, and AI algorithms.
• Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or reverse engineering of R2Decide is strictly prohibited.

• Merchants must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including:
• GDPR (for European customers)
• CCPA (for California customers)
• Shopify's Data Protection Rules

Merchants agree to indemnify R2Decide, Inc. against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from:

• Their misuse of the app.
• Violations of Shopify's policies or applicable laws.

• We strive for high uptime, but R2Decide does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

• R2Decide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
• Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the merchant in the last twelve (12) months.

• We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
• We will notify merchants via email or through Shopify's app updates when significant changes are made.

• Merchants may cancel their subscription at any time without penalty.
• R2Decide reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the service at any time.
• We may terminate access if a merchant violates these Terms and Conditions or Shopify's policies.
• In case of termination, no refunds will be issued for the remaining billing period.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the R2Decide app at our discretion if a merchant violates these Terms and Conditions.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States (Delaware).
