Do you know how to effectively engage and convert online stores to adopt enterprise software? Are you experienced in supporting VP of Online Sales, Chief Digital Officers (CDOs), and eCommerce Managers? If so, we're looking for a dynamic Commercial Co-Founder to help lead r2decide's 0-1 growth phase.

About Us

r2decide is focused on enhancing customer conversion and increasing median order values through our AI platform. Building an AI-driven bot with a purpose is no easy feat, but we've developed a platform that successfully tackles the challenges of sales intent prediction and customer engagement. We are currently Angel-backed.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead our commercial strategy and drive revenue growth by targeting eCommerce and digital sales leaders
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (VP of Online Sales, CDOs, eCommerce Managers) to identify market needs and align our AI platform to meet them
  • Develop a scalable sales and partnership model to accelerate customer adoption
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to deliver customer-focused solutions and maximize our platform's impact

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS Sales: Proven track record in enterprise software sales, especially within eCommerce, AI, or digital transformation solutions
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including challenges, trends, and customer needs
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Startup experience or a history of driving growth and innovation in a high-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and chatbot technology to effectively communicate product benefits and address customer queries

  • Social Media & Analytics: Lutz Finger , a seasoned entrepreneur and former analytics lead at Snapchat and LinkedIn, is also a professor at Cornell for AI & products.
  • AI & Chatbot Development: Megh , a leading technical expert in chatbot engines, whose last venture was acquired for $75M, and Hansal , a researcher with deep learning expertise.
  • Machine Learning & Data Pipelines: Yogesh has generated $4M annually with a complex energy price prediction model.
  • Software Scaling & Distributed Systems: Our team has experience building systems capable of handling massive scale and complex decentralized platforms. Notably, Arhan has led initiatives with significant transaction volumes, raised millions in venture funding, and contributed to innovative health-tech and HCI research.
